Quality

De Ruijter STM’s Quality policy: Quality control is done according the (client approved)  Inspection Test Plan (ITP). We assure the project management by recorded it in the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP). Our selected partners,  all are certified to ISO 9001, ISO 3834-2 or EN 1090-2, their welding procedures are certified according to EN 15614-1. We check the procedures of our selected partners so we can put out the quality plan. We maintain our knowledge by up-keeping the latest rules of classification bureau’s such as Lloyds, DNV-GL, ABS. De Ruijter STM owns their own quality measurement tools, such as theodolites, leveling instruments, laser range-finder, etc. to ensure the proper final inspection can be performed. We also control processes around grid-blasting, conservation and atmospheric conditions (for example roughness, film thickness measurement and temperature / dew point). De Ruijter STM BV has extended experience in measuring the geometry of large steel structures & wheel positions of cranes, using theodolite. All measuring instruments are calibrated annually. De Ruijter STM continuously works on improving quality and work-methods.
